How to Determine

the Quality of LED Emergency Bulbs

How to determine the Quality of LED Emergency Bulbs

1. Emergency Functionality

**Emergency Duration**: High-quality bulbs should be able to provide continuous lighting for at least 90 minutes after a power outage. MILANLUX emergency bulbs typically offer 3-6 hours of emergency lighting.

**Switching Speed**: The bulb should quickly switch to emergency mode after a power outage, usually within 1 second.

**Charging Time**: High-quality bulbs have short charging times, typically not exceeding 24 hours. MILANLUX emergency bulbs usually charge in 6-10 hours

2. Battery Performance

**Battery Type**: High-quality bulbs often use lithium batteries, which have a long lifespan and stable performance.

**Battery Lifespan**: The battery should support multiple charge-discharge cycles, with a lifespan of 1-2 years or more. MILANLUX typically uses lithium batteries that last up to 2 years.

3. Heat Dissipation Performance

High-quality bulbs have excellent heat dissipation designs, often using materials like aluminum alloy to ensure they do not overheat during prolonged use. Some MILANLUX products use high-temperature-resistant premium plastics, offering both cost-effectiveness and good heat dissipation.

 4. Durability and Lifespan

**Lifespan**: High-quality LED bulbs should have a lifespan of over 15,000 hours.

**Durability**: The housing should be sturdy and offer dustproof and waterproof features (IP rating).
